Full-Stack Developer for Client Advocacy Platform

Project Overview I own a successful wedding and portrait photography company and have identified what I believe is a major gap in the CRM and customer retention space for service-based businesses. I'm looking for an experienced full-stack developer (or small development team) to help architect and build Version 1 of a platform that will initially be used within my business but is being designed with future SaaS expansion in mind. This is NOT a simple website project. I am looking for someone who can think strategically about product architecture, integrations, scalability, user experience and long-term development. The Problem Current CRMs such as HoneyBook, Dubsado and 17hats do an excellent job managing projects and bookings. However, they do very little to help business owners: Increase client lifetime value Track referrals Track client advocacy Encourage reviews Reward repeat bookings Manage long-term client relationships Identify top clients Automate retention opportunities I want to create a platform that sits on top of existing CRM systems and helps business owners build stronger relationships with their clients over years instead of individual projects. Version 1 Goal Build a Client Advocacy Platform that connects to existing CRM systems and automatically tracks client activity while rewarding engagement. Example: Client books a session through HoneyBook. Session is completed. Platform automatically receives event data. Platform automatically awards credit. Client receives notification. No manual tracking required. However, I want the architecture designed with future AI capabilities in mind. Potential future features: Predict client lifetime value Identify clients likely to book again Identify clients at risk of disengaging Recommend retention campaigns Recommend referral opportunities Recommend outreach timing Generate client engagement insights Provide business growth recommendations I am looking for someone who understands how to architect a system that can support these capabilities later.
