Full-Stack Developer for Marketplace

Seeking a full-stack developer to build a marketplace website for buying and selling used hunting gear. The project involves creating a user-friendly platform using Next.js and Supabase. Responsibilities include designing the UI/UX, implementing user authentication, and ensuring smooth navigation and functionality. The ideal candidate will have experience in developing responsive web applications and integrating APIs. ---What's already provided A complete, working HTML/CSS/JS mockup of the entire site — every page, button, and flow is built and clickable, so there's no ambiguity about how anything should look or behave. A starter Next.js project with the full Prisma database schema already designed (users, listings, orders, reviews, messages). A written README covering the suggested build order and key architecture decisions. ---What needs to be built Real authentication (NextAuth or similar) with phone number verification via Twilio Verify required at signup. Listings — create, edit, delete, photo uploads to cloud storage (S3 or Cloudflare R2), search/filter by category. Trustap integration for escrow checkout: buyer payment held until delivery confirmed, seller payout released automatically, with a 10% commission deducted at payout (this is Rack & Reel's/The Outfitter Exchange's only revenue — listings are free to post). Buyer/seller messaging, wishlists, purchase history, and a review system (only allowed after a completed order). Deployment to Vercel, connected to a Supabase Postgres database.
