Full Stack Developer for AI Orchestration

About the Project We're building an AI Orchestration Operating System, a kernel-style AI platform for go-to-market teams — Sales, Marketing, Support, and Customer Success. Think of it as an intelligent operating layer that sits on top of a business's data and tooling: it reads CRM records, writes outreach, runs multi-step automations, and handles inbound conversations, all within a strict per-org multi-tenant security model. The primary interaction surface is a conversational chat interface backed by a durable AI agent loop. The architecture is production-grade and already live: Next.js on Vercel for the UI and API routes Convex for real-time reactive database and live subscriptions Trigger.dev for long-running, durable agent task execution (including suspend/resume via waitpoint tokens) Inngest for scheduled crons Clerk for multi-tenant auth Composio for connector-level integrations Anthropic Claude (Sonnet) as the agent brain We're not building CRUD apps. The hardest parts of this codebase involve durable agent loops that can pause mid-execution waiting for human approval, dynamic tool surfaces assembled per-org from integrations, real-time UI driven purely by Convex subscriptions, and a multi-tenant security model enforced at every layer. What You'll Be Working On Implementing new agent capabilities (tools, skill files, meta-tool behavior) inside the durable Trigger.dev agent loop Building and extending Convex schema, queries, and mutations following strict relational/indexed patterns Shipping Next.js API routes and React UI components that interact with live Convex subscriptions Contributing to the classifier, signal queue, and orchestration systems Working inside an autonomous build loop — specs are written first, then you implement against verifiable assertions and deploy to production Requirements Non-negotiable: Expert-level proficiency with Cursor IDE or Claude Code — you will be using AI-assisted coding daily. We allocate tokens directly to you. If you have never shipped production code using an AI coding agent, this is not the right role. Strong TypeScript (strict mode, no any) Production experience with Next.js App Router and React Server Components Real experience with Convex or a similar real-time reactive database (PlanetScale + Prisma does not count as equivalent) Comfortable reading and writing Trigger.dev tasks (or equivalent durable execution: Inngest steps, Temporal workflows) Experience in multi-tenant SaaS with per-org auth enforcement Git-disciplined: small PRs, conventional commits, no force-pushes to main Strong plus: Prior work with Anthropic SDK, Claude tool use, or multi-turn agent loops Experience with Composio, MCP, or similar integration middleware Vercel deployment, preview environments, environment variable management
