Full-Stack Developer for React App

We are an anesthesia management company building an internal practice sustainability assessment tool. A fully functional multi-step calculator has already been designed and prototyped — your job is to take that prototype across the finish line: scaffold it into a production-ready web application, secure the backend, integrate it with HubSpot for CRM data capture and internal workflow automation, and deploy it to a public URL we can share via our website and LinkedIn. This is a focused, well-scoped project with a working prototype already in hand. We are not starting from scratch. We need an experienced developer who can take clean handoff documentation and deliver a polished, secure, production-grade implementation.
