Full-Stack Developer for Rental Platform

We are looking for an experienced full-stack developer or small team to build a custom vacation rental management platform similar in functionality and user experience to Guestay/Kvation host portals. This is a custom web platform for owner-managed vacation homes with a unique charitable stay component. We are not building a PMS competitor and do not need Airbnb/VRBO API integrations in Version 1. The goal is to create a clean, modern platform where property owners can manage homes, availability, stay requests, and participate in approved charitable housing opportunities. Core Features (Version 1) 1. Public Rental Website Browse available homes Property detail pages Photo galleries Availability calendar Stay request / inquiry form Mobile responsive 2. Owner Portal Owners should be able to: Create/manage property listings Upload/edit photos Add amenities & descriptions Manage availability calendar Block dates Review stay requests Approve/decline stays View booking/activity history Approve charitable stay requests separately 3. Admin Dashboard Admin should be able to: Approve/manage listings Manage all bookings/stays Oversee calendars View owner activity Manage charitable requests Generate basic reports 4. Task & Operations Management Create and assign tasks Cleaning/maintenance tracking Status updates Notifications 5.
