Full Stack Developer for Twilio + OpenAI Text-Based Health Project (Lean MVP)

Description: We are building a lean, text-based remote patient monitoring platform. Because our user interface is 100% SMS, we only need a backend pipeline and a simple internal dashboard for our care team. We need an agile full-stack developer to build our V1 MVP architecture. We want to keep this build highly efficient by leveraging pre-built tools (like Retool or Airtable Enterprise) for the dashboard and using a static database for local provider matching rather than complex national API integrations for phase one. Key Requirements & Scope: • Twilio + OpenAI Pipeline: Build a two-way automated SMS engine that sends daily conversational text prompts, parses natural language responses using OpenAI structured outputs, and logs scores. • Internal Concierge Dashboard: Build a simple, low-code interface (ideally Retool) where a human coordinator can see system alerts and flag users. • Local Provider Query: Create a simple database upload tool within the dashboard so we can upload a spreadsheet of providers, filtering them by zip code and insurance provider to generate quick booking recommendations. Project Milestones & Fixed-Price Budget Structure: • Milestone 1: Core Twilio + OpenAI text engine up, running, and successfully writing parsed text data to the database. • Milestone 2: Care dashboard built with Retool, including the local provider database search tool. • Milestone 3: Full end-to-end testing and deployment for pilot launch.
