Full Stack Developer for Web App

Full Stack Developer    Skills      •    Full stack web development. Comfortable building a complete feature, front end through database, without hand-holding.      •    API integration experience. Stripe, QuickBooks, or similar third-party APIs. Should be able to read API docs and ship a working integration.      •    Solid SQL and comfort working with data. Much of our work is moving, reconciling, and presenting data.      •    Fluent with AI coding tools (Claude Code, Codex). We want someone who uses them to explore and verify and to increase efficiency, not someone who pastes errors until something runs.  Project experience      •    Has shipped from a vague ask. Look for candidates who can describe taking a loose problem, figuring out the requirements, and delivering.      •    Has automated something. A scraper, a reporting pipeline, a workflow at a job.   Characteristics      •    Independent. Takes a problem and runs with it. Does not need a spec for every task or wait on me for direction.      •    A true collaborator. Asks about the business context before proposing architecture. Pushes back with reasons and alternative solutions.      •    Curious and fast-learning. They will touch unfamiliar domains constantly.      •    Honest about what they don't know. We would rather hear "I haven't done this, but here's how I'd figure it out" than false confidence.
