# Senior Full-Stack Development Team Needed – FinTech / PropTech Demo & MVP We are looking for an experienced development team to build both: 1. A high-quality investor and customer demo 2. A production-ready MVP The platform is focused on tenant engagement, rewards, open banking integration, and housing-sector reporting. ## Phase 1 – Working Demo ### Objective Build a polished web application demo that can be presented to investors and potential customers. The demo should feel like a real product from a user experience perspective, although certain backend functionality can be mocked where appropriate. ### Core Demo Requirements #### A. Organisation Setup & Onboarding * Create new customer instances * White-label branding capabilities * Basic configuration settings * Document template management * Tenant import/invitation process * Demonstrate minimal ongoing administration #### B. Tenant Onboarding * Review and sign tenancy documents * Download/access resident portal * Enable rewards functionality * Connect bank account through Open Banking sandbox * Consent and compliance flows #### C. Open Banking & Payment Detection * Sandbox Open Banking integration (e.g. TrueLayer or similar) * Payment detection simulation * On-time vs late payment status * Connection renewal journey #### D. Tenant Experience * Rewards points balance * Rewards catalogue * Achievement streaks and milestones * Financial progress dashboard * Future pathway messaging #### E. Customer Dashboard * Engagement metrics * Payment behaviour reporting * Smart nudging examples * Adoption and activation reporting * Export/report generation ### Out of Scope for Demo * Live credit bureau reporting * Full regulatory compliance implementation * Enterprise integrations * Native mobile applications --- ## Phase 2 – MVP Following successful completion of the demo, we intend to move into MVP development. The MVP should include: * Multi-tenant architecture * User authentication and role management * Production database * Real Open Banking integration * Consent management * Admin controls * Maintenance request workflow * Audit logging * Reporting suite * Scalable architecture suitable for future compliance requirements * Clean documentation for eventual handover to an in-house team --- ## Deliverables Required in Your Proposal Please include: 1.
