Full-Stack Digital Marketer —Strategy, Content & Hands-On Execution (Small Agency, Long-Term)
Worldwide
We're a small digital marketing agency that's been at this for 15+ years. We do website work, SEO and local SEO, paid ads, social, and email — mostly for medical spas and aesthetics practices, plus a mix of restaurants, venues, and local service businesses. We act as a real partner to our clients, not a high-volume shop, so the work has to be good and it has to sound like us. We're growing and looking to scale, and we work in an AI-forward way — using current tools to produce strong work efficiently without losing the human judgment our clients pay for. This role is central to that. This role is about the marketing itself: helping shape the strategy, creating the content, and doing the hands-on work to get it live. You bring ideas to the table, then you produce the work that follows from them. It's a long-term role for the right person — part-time to start, with room to grow as we scale. ## What you'll do - **Help shape strategy** — contribute campaign concepts, content plans, and SEO and content direction for client work. When a client needs a campaign or a page rebuilt, you can think through the approach, not just wait to be handed a spec. - **Create the content** — write and produce page copy, emails, social posts, and ad copy that's clear, plain-spoken, and sounds like us. Design in Canva, edit video, and build emails in Mailchimp. This is a core part of the role, not an afterthought. - **Do the hands-on work** — make on-page SEO edits, clean up Google Business Profiles and local listings, build ad assets for Google and Meta, schedule social, and refresh reporting dashboards. You should know your way around WordPress — you won't necessarily be building pages from scratch, but you need to be comfortable getting in and updating them. - **Solve problems** — handle the daily and weekly challenges that come with agency work. Things break, clients raise issues, campaigns need a fix. You know how to troubleshoot the tech, work through client problems, and come back with practical marketing solutions instead of escalating everything. - **Hold the quality line** — polish and quality-check work that comes from outside partners so it matches our standards and voice before it reaches a client. The common thread: you think like a marketer and build like a producer. You're comfortable across a lot of tools, you produce clean work, and you can be trusted to take something from idea to finished without it bouncing back for rework. ## Tools we use WordPress, Canva, video editing, Metricool, Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, GA4, Google Search Console, Looker Studio, SE Ranking, Mailchimp, Teamwork, Notion, Google Workspace, Claude, Gemini. You don't need to be expert in all of these. You do need to be genuinely capable in most, and honest about where you're strong versus where you're still learning. ## Who this is for - 3+ years doing real digital marketing work — with both strategic range and production skill, not just one or the other - A strong writer who can create content across formats in a clear, plain-language voice and avoid generic marketing filler - Good with Canva, video editing, and Mailchimp, and able to work across the rest of our stack - Comfortable with AI tools and able to use them in daily work to move faster without letting quality slip - Knows the tech stack well enough to build, fix, and troubleshoot — not just hand work off - Self-directed — able to take rough direction and finish to a standard without hand-holding - Available during Americas business hours for overlap ## Nice to have - Medical spa, aesthetics, or healthcare-adjacent marketing background - Experience producing work for an agency or multiple clients at once - Comfort reading analytics and reporting well enough to know what's working and adjust ## Logistics - Part-time to start, roughly 20–30 hours/week, with room to grow - Long-term engagement, not a one-off project - Americas time zone for working overlap - Hourly rate: [set your bracket] - I'd like to start with a paid trial on one real piece of work before we commit to ongoing hours — it's the fairest way for both of us to see if it's a fit ## How to apply I read every proposal, and generic ones tell me right away it isn't a match. To show me you actually read this: 1. Start your message with the word **BUILDER2**. 2. Tell me the three tools from the list above where you're genuinely strong, and one where you're still building skill. Be honest — I'd rather know. 3. Describe one piece of marketing work you took from idea to finished — what the goal was, what you actually made, and what the result was. Looking forward to seeing what you send.
