# Full-Stack Engineer (Next.js + Supabase + AI) | Early-Stage Startup ## About Us Truen is building a better way to evaluate software engineers. Traditional resumes and portfolios no longer tell employers how someone actually thinks or how effectively they collaborate with AI. We're building AI-generated developer profiles from public GitHub activity to help companies understand how engineers think, build, and collaborate with AI through their real work. We're an early-stage startup preparing for accelerator and investor conversations, and we're looking for an experienced engineer who enjoys solving challenging technical problems and building products from the ground up. ## What You'll Work On You'll work directly with the founders to improve and expand our existing application. Your first projects will likely include: * Stabilizing GitHub profile generation * Debugging profile generation failures * Improving our Candidate Pipeline * Building scalable admin workflows * Improving AI-generated developer profiles * Optimizing our Supabase database * Refining LLM prompts and outputs * Shipping production-ready features quickly This is an existing product with active development. We're looking for someone who enjoys taking ownership, solving difficult problems, and helping shape the product as it evolves. ## Tech Stack * Next.js * React * TypeScript * Supabase * PostgreSQL * Tailwind CSS * Vercel * GitHub * Claude / OpenAI APIs Experience building AI-powered applications is strongly preferred. ## Who We're Looking For You should: * Have experience building production web applications * Be comfortable debugging complex systems * Work independently with minimal supervision * Use AI tools effectively while verifying their output * Think like a product engineer, not just someone completing tickets * Communicate clearly and proactively Bonus if you've built AI products, developer tools, recruiting software, or workflow automation platforms. ## Engagement * Hourly: $35-50/hour * Initial engagement: 10-20 hours * Potential for long-term collaboration if we're a great fit
