Summary

We're a B2B SaaS company. Our users aggregate data on items they're sourcing through their supply chain, and we've identified categories of mid-market businesses who could use our product as an additional sourcing channel. We want to reach them via highly targeted, personalized outbound — not bulk. We've done some outbound ourselves and have prompts producing decent prospect lists, but we haven't run a campaign end-to-end. Before scaling, we want a consistent, repeatable process. We're starting with a low-volume, white-glove pilot in one category, then scaling that one and adding the next. What we need help with 1. Email-discovery pipeline — right person, right company, validated 2. Campaign build — per-company personalization + sequence 3. Execution + follow-up loop, tracking what works 4. AI personalization that doesn't hurt deliverability 5. Planning together up front, sign-off, then execute You're a strong fit if you 1. Run B2B outbound full-stack — list-build, sequence, deliverability, AI personalization, reply tracking 2. Quantify across the funnel and adjust by segment 3. Operate as one point of contact (you or a small team) on the whole thing 4. Document as you go so we can scale after the pilot 5. Are comfortable being in the room with us during the pilot — we'll be involved and give a lot of feedback How we'd start Kickoff call to validate fit + scope We share what we have: prompts, methodology, use cases, user profile, anchor inputs You bring your approach; we plan together Sign off on a plan White-glove pilot in one category at low volume, then scale + add the next
