Full-Stack Growth Marketing Specialist (SEO, GEO, Website Optimization & Conversion Rate Optimization) Overview We’re looking for an experienced Growth Marketing Specialist to help transform our AI receptionist website into a modern, high-converting lead generation machine. Our product is TwinCall AI (https://twincallai.com), an AI voice receptionist that answers missed phone calls for service businesses 24/7. Our primary goal is simple: Generate qualified inbound demo requests. This is not a traditional SEO project. We’re looking for someone who understands how to combine: * Modern website design * SEO * GEO (Generative Engine Optimization for AI search) * Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) * Content strategy * Technical SEO * User experience * Analytics The ideal candidate thinks like a growth marketer, not just an SEO specialist. ⸻ Project Goals Your objective is to significantly increase the number of qualified demo requests generated through our website. You will be responsible for improving both: * Organic traffic * Website conversion rate Success will ultimately be measured by inbound demo requests. ⸻ What You’ll Do 1. Website Modernization Review our existing website and redesign sections to make it look significantly more premium, trustworthy, and conversion-focused. We have additional pages we want to include and updates will be need to made in Framer. We will not be moving off Framer. We’ll provide examples of competitors and websites we like and it can be as simple as mirroring some competitors. ⸻ 2. SEO Strategy Develop and execute a long-term SEO strategy. Responsibilities include: * Keyword research * Competitor analysis * Search intent mapping * Topic clustering * Internal linking * Metadata optimization * Schema markup * Technical SEO improvements * Content recommendations ⸻ 3. GEO (Generative Engine Optimization) Optimize our content so it performs well inside AI-powered search engines including: * ChatGPT * Google AI Overviews * Perplexity * Claude * Gemini Responsibilities include: * Structured content * FAQ development * Semantic optimization * Entity optimization * Topic authority * Content organization * AI-friendly formatting ⸻ 4. Landing Pages Create new landing pages targeting high-intent searches. Examples include: * AI answering service for auto repair shops * AI receptionist for moving companies * Missed call software * After-hours answering service * AI phone answering * 24/7 AI receptionist We’ll work together to determine additional target keywords. ⸻ 5. Blog & Content Strategy Develop an ongoing SEO content strategy focused on attracting buyers. Currently we have a blog with many articles, but none of it helps us generate inbound leads due to the layout and structure of the pages which were originally created without SEO/GEO in mind. Responsibilities include: * Updating existing pages * Improving topical authority ⸻ Compensation Budget for this project is $500. $100 will be paid once website updates have been made to certain pages within Framer along with new landing pages to make the website SEO/GEO focused to get inbound demo requests. $200 will be paid once we get our first demo request from a real prospect. $200 will be paid once we are ranking #1 in google for certain high-intent keywords we want to own. If you can consistently generate qualified inbound leads, we’d love to build a long-term relationship and this would just be the start.
