Summary

We have an existing UK property intelligence platform built with React (Vite), Laravel, MySQL and Filament. The platform already includes property reviews, sale estimates, rental estimates, mortgage calculators and user accounts. We are looking for a senior full-stack developer to extend the existing platform with new features including Property Passport, Property Score, AI-powered insights, AWS S3 integration and Stripe subscriptions. The successful candidate should first review the existing codebase before providing a final implementation plan and estimate.
