Full-Stack Mobile App, Monetization & Platform Operations Developer

We are looking for a highly experienced long-term developer/technical partner to take ownership of our existing live platform infrastructure, monetization systems, monitoring systems, operational stability, scalability, and production security. Applicant Location Requirement : At this time, we are only considering applicants located in: -Europe -United Kingdom -United States Applicants outside these regions will not be considered. Strong English communication skills and professional availability for long-term collaboration are required. This is NOT a rebuild project. The platform is already live and operational across: -iOS App -Android App -Website -Admin Panel -Backend/API Infrastructure We are looking for someone who can professionally take over the platform, secure the infrastructure, optimize operations, improve scalability, implement monetization systems, and help prepare the platform for long-term production growth. --- Role Overview This is NOT just a standard development role. Requirements include: -AdMob integration -AdMob mediation setup -Meta Audience Network integration -Unity Ads mediation integration -Interstitial ad implementation -Optional rewarded system implementation -Revenue analytics -Monetization dashboards -Monetization monitoring Critical requirement: -Locked/premium content must remain protected at all times -Premium users must remain ad-free -Ads only apply to eligible unlocked free content --- Monitoring, Analytics & Alerting The developer must implement systems allowing the Client team to independently monitor: -App crashes -Backend/API failures -Website issues -Admin panel issues -Monetization failures -Error spikes -Downtime incidents -Performance degradation -Operational issues Required systems may include: -Firebase Crashlytics -Sentry -Firebase Analytics -Google Analytics -Backend logging systems -Uptime monitoring systems The goal is to ensure the Client team can independently see: -what failed -where it failed -when it failed -how often it failed without requiring constant developer involvement. --- Security Cleanup & Ownership Transfer A major part of this project is a complete infrastructure security cleanup and ownership verification process. Previous developer access and credentials are no longer considered trusted. The developer must: -Audit all credentials and secrets -Replace/rotate credentials safely -Remove previous developer access -Verify no hidden credentials remain active -Verify all systems continue functioning after replacement -Secure deployment pipelines -Secure Firebase/Google Cloud infrastructure -Secure GitHub/CI/CD systems -Secure mobile deployment access -Verify Client ownership of all critical systems --- Auto-Scaling, Infrastructure Scalability & Long-Term Growth The platform must be prepared for long-term production scaling. We have already tested the platform at approximately 10k users, but we want the infrastructure reviewed, optimized, and prepared for significantly larger future growth. The developer must: -Review infrastructure scalability limitations -Review backend/API bottlenecks -Optimize Firebase usage and scaling strategy -Review Firestore/database performance -Review Redis/cache optimization -Review CDN/media delivery performance -Optimize backend performance -Optimize app performance under load -Configure systems for scalable production growth -Configure auto-scaling where applicable -Identify potential future bottlenecks -Identify production failure risks -Help prepare infrastructure for larger-scale traffic growth The developer should also: -Perform load testing -Simulate increased traffic -Simulate higher concurrent user activity -Verify platform stability under load -Verify monitoring systems remain operational during traffic spikes The goal is to ensure the platform can safely scale long-term while remaining stable, responsive, and reliable. --- Documentation & Handover Requirements The developer must provide complete professional documentation and handover materials including: -Infrastructure documentation -Deployment documentation -Monitoring documentation -Monetization documentation -Security documentation -Credential rotation documentation -Operational procedures -Architecture documentation -Build/release procedures -QA/testing reports -Audit reports All files and documentation must be delivered into Client-owned cloud storage/drives with full ownership and organized structure. --- Ideal Candidate We are looking for someone who: -Thinks like a long-term technical partner -Understands production systems -Understands monetization systems -Understands operational tooling -Understands scalability and infrastructure -Understands security hardening -Can independently investigate and solve technical issues -Can work carefully on live production systems -Can communicate clearly regarding risks, fixes, and infrastructure decisions --- Important Notes The platform already exists and is operational -This is NOT a beginner project -This is NOT a simple feature-only role -Production stability and security are extremely important -Infrastructure changes must be handled carefully to avoid downtime We are potentially looking for long-term collaboration with the right developer Full detailed scope document available for qualified candidates.
