**No Agency** Project Overview We're a professional services firm hiring a skilled full-stack developer for a one-time, fixed-price build of our corporate website. Domain and written content are ready to go. This site won't sell products or process payments - its job is to introduce our services, interactively capture high-quality client requests, and let clients book a meeting on the spot. We need a premium, polished public-facing interface and a secure, no-code owner dashboard for monitoring incoming requests and updating basic site settings. Key Requirements & Features 1. Public-Facing Website (Premium Corporate Look) - Clean, minimalist, fully responsive design (desktop + mobile) - Implementation of our provided text, sections, and brand content - Sub-second load times, optimized for Google SEO performance - Accessible, semantic markup (proper heading structure, alt text, ARIA where relevant) - we care about this being built right, not just fast 2. Interactive Client Portal & Smart Lead Intake Form - Multi-step form capturing client contact and company details - Dynamic form logic: when a client selects a service, the form adapts and requests follow-up info specific to that service - AI integration via Vercel AI SDK (OpenAI or Anthropic API) - as the client types their business problem, the AI generates a summary and assigns category tags in the background - Embedded calendar widget (Cal.com or Calendly) on the final step so clients can book a meeting immediately after submitting - Form validation and graceful error handling - no dead ends if a client's session drops mid-form 3.
