Full-Stack engineer for B2B SaaS Learning Platform

We are building a long-term B2B SaaS learning platform for schools, sports clubs, coaches, and young athletes. The product will be a lightweight Learning Management System that delivers structured mental-skills training and gives coaches and admins a dashboard to track team and individual progress. Currently, only the initial frontend setup/page exists. The next step is to turn this early frontend into a real SaaS platform with backend, database, authentication, dashboards, progress tracking, and production-ready features. Responsibilities Review the current frontend setup and suggest practical improvements. Improve the frontend layout, structure, responsiveness, and user experience. Build pages for students, coaches, schools/clubs, and platform admins. Build backend APIs for users, teams, modules, activities, progress, certificates, and subscriptions. Design and connect a database for schools, clubs, coaches, athletes, activity completion, badges, and reports. Add authentication and role-based access for platform admins, school admins, coaches, and athletes. Build progress tracking, streaks, badges, and completion certificate features. Add email workflows such as invitations, notifications, and completion messages. Prepare the platform for deployment, testing, documentation, and long-term maintenance. Athletes can complete learning activities online, while coaches and admins can monitor progress, identify who needs support, and manage teams more easily. The value is not only online lessons.
