Full-Time Account Executive (AI-Native Startup) — Base + Commission (Remote, US-friendly hours)

GrowthGeek.ai is hiring a full-time Account Executive to sell flat-fee commercial legal services to startups and growth-stage companies. This is an extremely excited opportunity to work with one of the hottest companies coming out of YC. You’ll run a fast, 1-call-close motion, working directly with senior lawyers on calls and owning outbound, follow-up, closing and pipeline. This of a land then expand type closing process. This is a remote, full-cycle AE role with real upside: strong base, bonuses per new logo, commission on the first 90 days of transactions, and extra bonuses for driving subscriptions and package deals. We will be running 5 highly personalized outreaches per day to mid-market/enterprise accounts and then 20-25 to mid/small sized companies per day. What you’ll do • Run booked sales calls (Zoom/Meet) with a lawyer co-pilot to build trust and close in 1 call when possible. • Own full-cycle outbound: targeted cold email + LinkedIn, plus fast follow-ups on warm leads. • Manage a tight pipeline in CRM: notes, next steps, and stage updates within 24 hours. • Follow up methodically to convert first contracts into ongoing subscriptions or credit packages. • Coordinate closely with client success team/lawyers to keep promises tight: turnaround times, scope, and high satisfaction. • Hit and exceed weekly activity, meeting, and revenue targets. Sales motion Typical path: • One call with you + lawyer → proposal / agreement sent same day • Follow-ups → first contract signed • Ongoing follow-ups → additional contracts, subscription or package upsell You are measured and paid on: • New logos closed (bonus per new logo) • Commission on the first 90 days of customer transactions • Additional bonuses for converting accounts to subscriptions / packages 30/60/90 ramp • Weeks 1–2: Training on offer + process, shadow live calls, start outbound with provided messaging and lists. • Weeks 3–4: Own discovery & pitch on your calls (with lawyer present), daily outbound at full volume. • Day 30+: Consistent 1-call closes and predictable weekly pipeline. • Day 60+: Steady flow of new logos, expansions, and subscription/package upgrades. Tools you’ll use • Modern CRM (HubSpot or similar), Gmail, Zoom/Google Meet, LinkedIn, Loom, Google Workspace, Slack. KPIs (after ramp) • 40–60 quality outbound touches/day when not on calls (email + LinkedIn). • 6–10 meetings/week (mix of booked + self-sourced). • Clean, up-to-date CRM; tight follow-up on all open opportunities. • Target: 8–12 new logos per month once fully ramped, plus expansions. Hours & schedule • Full-time (40 hrs/week), fully remote. • Consistent working hours with strong overlap to US startup hours. • Brief weekly/daily sales huddles and 1:1s. Must-haves • 2+ years full-cycle B2B closing experience (SaaS, agency, or professional services a plus). • Comfortable running your own outbound (cold email + LinkedIn) and owning a quota. • Strong discovery, objection handling, and 1–2 call close skills. • Professional video presence; clear, concise writer. • Organized, data-driven, and disciplined with follow-up. Nice-to-haves • Experience selling to startups / founders / RevOps / legal or finance leaders. • Background with flat-fee services, subscriptions, or usage-based models. - Ideally experience selling multi-stakeholder deals as well so you can handle large accounts. Compensation • Competitive base (paid weekly). • Bonus per new logo. • Commission on first 90 days of customer transactions. • Additional bonuses for driving subscriptions / packages.
