Full-Time Appointment Setter

We are a growing U.S.-based marketing agency that helps home service businesses (hardscaping, roofing, landscaping, etc.) generate qualified leads. We're looking for a full-time Appointment Setter to answer inbound homeowner calls, qualify leads, and book appointments directly into our clients' calendars. This is a long-term position with room to grow as our company expands. Responsibilities -Answer inbound phone calls from new homeowner leads -Make outbound calls to missed leads -Qualify homeowners using our provided script -Book appointments directly into clients' calendars -Send confirmation texts and emails -Update CRM (GoHighLevel) -Take detailed notes after each conversation -Follow up with leads that don't answer -Represent our clients professionally at all times Requirements: -Excellent spoken and written English -Clear, professional phone voice -Strong communication skills -Previous customer service, call center, appointment setting, or sales experience preferred -Reliable high-speed internet -Available to work U.S. Eastern Time business hours
