The Role (Full-time, 40 hrs/week, Sydney hours AEST) Design & Documentation (~60%) Prepare and amend working drawings in AutoCAD/Revit — floor plans, elevations, sections, site plans, detail sheets Produce DA and CDC documentation packages to NSW standards Cross-reference architectural vs structural vs shop drawings (windows, joinery, stairs) and flag conflicts Assist with tender packs, scopes of works, drawing registers SketchUp/3D visualisation a bonus Executive VA (~40%) Director's inbox and calendar Quotes, proposals, and client documents from templates Chasing subcontractor and supplier pricing CRM and job management data entry Non-Negotiable Requirements 3+ years working on Australian residential projects (for an AU builder, architect, or drafting firm) Working knowledge of NCC 2022, BASIX, NatHERS documentation flow, and NSW DA/CDC drawing requirements Strong AutoCAD; Revit highly regarded Excellent English, Sydney business hours, reliable internet and CAD-capable machine You Are Detail-obsessed — you catch a glazing schedule mismatch before it costs $20k Proactive — you flag problems early, not after the certifier does Comfortable switching between drawings and Director-level admin What We Offer Stable full-time long-term role (not project-based) Direct work with the Director — real exposure, real growth 13th month pay + PH public holidays To Apply Start your proposal with "BLUEPRINT" Attach portfolio — Australian residential documentation samples essential Name the Australian company/clients you've worked for and what building classes In 3–4 sentences: a documentation error you caught and what it saved Expected monthly salary (PHP or AUD) + internet speed test screenshot
