Full-Time AI Automation & Integrations Specialist

We help businesses sell, follow up, and scale on autopilot. Our clients rely on us to build AI that actually feels human. We're a lean startup moving fast, and this role works directly with the founder. (Company name withheld for now — happy to share once we connect.) About the Role You won't just "build automations." You'll build AI systems that directly drive revenue for real businesses. This role sits at the intersection of workflow automation, prompt design, sales psychology, CRM integrations, and client-facing problem solving. You'll be building, iterating, debugging, and speaking directly with clients. If something breaks, you fix it. If performance drops, you improve it. This is a full-time role. We need someone who wants to grow with us long-term, not a side gig. What You'll Do Build and deploy AI agents that call, text, and email leads on behalf of clients Connect those agents to CRMs like GoHighLevel, HubSpot, Zoho, and Salesforce via APIs, webhooks, and Zapier Write prompts and scripts that make our AI sound like a top-performing human, not a bot Handle client onboarding and support directly — you'll be client-facing, not just building behind the scenes Troubleshoot, iterate, and improve automations based on real performance data Requirements (No Exceptions) Hands-on experience with GoHighLevel, n8n, Make, Zapier, or similar automation platforms Ability to read API docs, work with webhooks, and troubleshoot JSON Strong written and verbal communication skills — you will be put in front of clients Based in the US or Canada, native English speaker Social intelligence and the ability to write AI prompts that feel natural and persuasive Strongly Preferred Experience building AI voice agents Familiarity with AI sales workflows, outbound calling, SMS sequences, and follow-up automation Prompt engineering experience, especially for conversational or sales-focused AI To Apply, Please Include A brief intro about your background One specific automation or AI system you've built and what it did Confirmation that you currently reside in the US or Canada Applications without all three will not be reviewed.
