Full-Time Client Service Manager / Team Lead for Fast-Paced Property Management Company

We are a fast-growing property management company looking for a motivated, detail-driven, and client-obsessed Client Service Manager to join our team full-time! About the Role: This is not just a job — it’s an opportunity to grow with a company that values excellence, accountability, and white glove service. You’ll be a key player in supporting our clients and team, running through SOPs and trainings to build your knowledge, and helping deliver seamless service in a high-volume, fast-paced environment. This is a client facing role - so reliable internet and ability to communicate with clients, vendors and staff/team members at a proficient level in writing and on the phone is key. Key Details: Full-Time | Remote | EST Hours (Training will be during core EST hours. Your set schedule can fall between 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM EST after training.) Long-Term Role with room to grow for the right person What We're Looking For: A real team player who collaborates well and supports others Hungry to learn, highly motivated, and takes initiative Obsessed with delivering exceptional service — nothing “just adequate” Able to self-resource and solve problems independently Thrives under pressure in a high-volume setting without compromising quality Must-Have Experience: -Prior experience in property management -Proficient with Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Gmail, Drive) -Confident in professional written and phone communication -Experience following and/or contributing to SOPs and process improvements Preferred Skills: -Familiarity with AppFolio and Monday.com -Organized, adaptable, and able to prioritize tasks efficiently -Experience supporting clients in fast-paced, high-demand roles Responsibilities Include: -Client communication via phone and email -Coordinating with internal departments and vendors -Managing and updating tasks and projects in Monday.com, AppFolio, etc. -Supporting process and SOP development -Delivering reliable, high-touch support to ensure client satisfaction To apply, please include the following with your proposal: Sharing why you’re the right candidate for this role + your resume.
