Full-Time AI & No-Code Website Specialist

Role Overview We are looking for a fast-moving, autonomous AI & No-Code Website Specialist based in Australia to take complete ownership of our website builds for trade clients (plumbers, electricians, builders, landscape gardeners, etc.). Crucial Note: This is a zero-coding role. You won’t be writing HTML, CSS, or JavaScript. Instead, you will be leveraging cutting-edge AI layout generators, prompt-based web builders, and no-code tools to spin up high-converting, beautiful websites at lightning speed. You need to be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, managing your own pipeline, and regularly jumping on calls to guide our tradie clients through their build process with clear, down-to-earth communication. Key Responsibilities End-to-End Website Delivery: Use AI tools and no-code platforms to rapidly build, iterate, and launch optimized websites for trade businesses. Client-Facing Management: Confidently run onboarding and review calls with clients. You must be able to extract what a client needs and translate it into a live site without overwhelming them with tech-talk. AI & Automation Integration: Set up user-friendly AI features on client sites, such as automated booking assistants, AI chatbots, or smart quoting forms (using native platform tools, Zapier, or Make). Content & Copy Polish: Guide AI tools to generate highly relevant local SEO copy for trades, then review and refine it to ensure it sounds authentic and drives phone calls/leads. What We Are Looking For Australian Resident: You must be living in Australia to easily hop on calls with clients during standard local business hours. The No-Code/AI Stack: Proven experience using modern prompt-to-web tools and visual builders (e.g., Framer, Relume, Wix Studio, Bolt.new, v0, or WordPress AI builders). Speed & Agility: You thrive when building on tight timelines. You view a 48-hour turnaround for a landing page as an exciting challenge, not a stressful crisis.
