Full-Time Contract Automation Expert / GoHighLevel / AI Systems Builder Needed

We are hiring a full-time contract automation expert to help us build recruiting, CRM, communication, and AI automation systems. This is not a basic GoHighLevel funnel-building job. We need someone who understands GoHighLevel, APIs, webhooks, outside tools, custom AI workflows, SMS/WhatsApp integrations, and technical automation architecture. We use GoHighLevel for client accounts and internal distribution, but we do not want someone who only knows GoHighLevel. We need someone who can build inside GHL and also connect it to outside platforms when needed. Important: Full-Time Contract Role This is a full-time contract position. What You’ll Be Building We are building recruiting and appointment-setting systems that may include: GoHighLevel CRM accounts Candidate intake workflows Appointment scheduling automations No-show and reschedule workflows Candidate routing and distribution Multi-account CRM setups Reporting dashboards API and webhook integrations ATS integrations WhatsApp and SMS integrations Custom AI follow-up systems External voice, text, and conversational AI tools Human handoff workflows for recruiters, appointment setters, and virtual assistants GoHighLevel Experience Needed You should be strong with: GHL workflows GHL calendars Pipelines and opportunity stages Custom fields Tags Smart lists Forms/surveys Appointment reminders No-show workflows Reschedule workflows Reporting dashboards Multi-account or agency-level GHL setups You should be able to build systems that are clean, organized, and easy for real users to operate. Automation and API Experience Needed You should have experience with: APIs Webhooks REST APIs Zapier Make.com N8N Custom integrations Data mapping between platforms Error handling Candidate or lead routing CRM integrations Troubleshooting broken automations Experience connecting GHL to outside systems is very important. AI Experience Needed We do not rely on GoHighLevel’s native AI. We need someone who can build or connect custom AI workflows using outside tools and APIs. Helpful AI experience includes: OpenAI API Claude API AI agents Prompt engineering Conversational AI workflows AI SMS follow-up AI WhatsApp follow-up Voice AI Candidate qualification flows Human handoff workflows External AI platforms connected to CRMs Messaging Platform Experience Experience with any of the following is a plus: WhatsApp Business API Twilio TextGrid Telnyx LeadConnector Third-party SMS tools Voice AI platforms Calling systems Email automation tools We need someone who understands that different clients may require different communication tools. ATS / Recruiting Experience Experience with recruiting systems is a big plus. Helpful experience includes: Applicant tracking systems BambooHR Zoho Recruit LinkedIn recruiting workflows Job board integrations Staffing or recruiting workflows Appointment-setting systems Lead distribution systems Coding Experience Is a Plus You do not need to be a full software engineer, but coding experience is helpful. Bonus experience includes: JavaScript Python Node.js Claude Code Cursor Replit GitHub Airtable Supabase Serverless functions Custom middleware Internal tools or dashboards Team or Agency Preferred Individual experts are welcome to apply, but teams or agencies are preferred if you can provide multiple people. Who will manage communication and daily updates? How would you approach reviewing our workflow before building? We are looking for a long-term technical automation partner. If the first projects go well, this can become ongoing full-time work across multiple recruiting, CRM, AI, and communication systems.
