Full-Time Contractor: Operations & Administrative Support

We're looking for a versatile, detail-oriented contractor to provide operational and administrative support across a variety of functions within our association, including Membership, Content & Education, and Community. This is a highly-collaborative generalist role that requires flexibility, strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities include: Membership & Community Operations - Serve as the first point of contact for routine member and prospective member inquiries through the Membership Support inbox. - Support membership operations, including application processing, account updates, membership category changes, renewals, and general member administration. - Assist with ongoing member data cleanup, validation, and quality assurance in support of the re:Members AMS implementation. - Research and update member records, including regional assignments, contact information, company data, and duplicate records. - Provide administrative support for CLOC's volunteer leaders, Regional Groups, Communities of Practice, Councils, and Committees. - Support membership communications by building audience lists, validating recipient data, and assisting with outreach campaigns. - Coordinate project tracking, documentation, and operational support for departmental initiatives. Content & Education Operations - Coordinate administrative and logistical support for event sessions, including materials, reporting, presentation preparation and sponsor deliverables. - Manage speaker communications and event logistics, including agreements, scheduling, platform updates and post-event reporting. - Provide operational support for the podcast program through guest coordination, tracking and performance reporting. - Maintain and organize the content library by tracking assets, supporting LMS preparation, and monitoring the content review process. Ideal candidate will: - Be a curious self-starter who is comfortable working independently - Have exceptional organizational and project coordination skills. - Demonstrate strong customer service and communication skills. - Be highly detail-oriented with excellent data management abilities. - Enjoy improving processes and creating operational efficiencies. - Have strong working knowledge of tools like Microsoft Office, Smartsheet, WordPress, Mailchimp, Canva, and Salesforce (SFDC) - Thrive in a fast-paced, remote team environment with multiple stakeholders across time zones - Enjoy variety in day-to-day work and shifting priorities - Communicate clearly and professionally, with strong attention to detail Experience with associations is a plus but not required.
