Full-Time Creative Producer — DTC Ad Creatives

We're a portfolio of fast-growing DTC e-commerce brands running paid social at scale (Meta, Snapchat, TikTok). We're looking for a full-time Creative Producer to own our ad creative from start to finish. This is an ownership role, not a task-taker role. You'll be responsible for everything that goes into producing our ad creatives. What you'll own: Planning the creative pipeline — deciding what concepts and angles to test Writing scripts, hooks, and ad concepts Producing the creatives themselves — both video and static Sourcing footage, b-roll, and assets from the web when needed Using AI tools to generate and scale ad variations fast Iterating on creatives based on performance You must have: Proven experience producing performance ad creatives for DTC / e-commerce brands A strong portfolio or reel of ad work you've actually made — this is required. Applications without examples will not be reviewed. Real proficiency using AI to make ads (e.g. tools like Arcads, Creatify, Runway, Kling, HeyGen, ElevenLabs, Midjourney — tell us your stack) Solid editing skills (Premiere Pro, CapCut, After Effects, or similar) The judgment to take an idea and run with it independently An understanding of what makes an ad convert — hooks, pacing, thumb-stop — not just what looks nice Reliable full-time availability and clear English communication Nice to have: Experience with Meta / TikTok creative testing frameworks (testing hooks, personas, formats at volume) Direct-response copywriting instincts Motion graphics How to apply: Share your portfolio / reel of DTC ad creatives Tell us which AI tools you use to make ads, and how Briefly describe one ad you made that performed well, and why you think it worked Start your reply with the word "HOOK" so we know you read this post We're hiring one person for the long term and will move quickly with strong candidates. This is a long-term role with real room to grow. Pay starts at $1,200–$2,000/month depending on experience, and can move up quickly as you prove yourself and we scale.
