Full-Time Creative Strategist for Supplement Brand (US Market Expansion) — Design Skills a Plus

About Us We are an established and stable supplement brand based in Mongolia with a strong track record in our home market. We're now expanding into the USA, and we're looking for an experienced Creative Strategist to help us build our brand presence and drive growth in this new market. (ig- Viberrfit) The Role You'll own our creative strategy end to end — from developing big-picture campaign concepts to crafting the ads, content, and messaging that convert. You'll work closely with our team to position our supplement products for the US audience. Responsibilities: Develop and execute creative strategies for our US market launch and ongoing campaigns Research US supplement market trends, competitors, and customer insights Create winning ad concepts and creative briefs for paid social (Meta, TikTok, etc.) Analyze creative performance and iterate based on data Write compelling ad copy, hooks, and scripts (UGC-style and direct response) Collaborate on brand positioning and messaging for the US audience (Bonus) Design ad creatives, social media graphics, and marketing assets yourself Requirements Proven experience as a Creative Strategist, ideally in e-commerce, DTC, health, wellness, or supplements Strong understanding of the US consumer market and direct-response marketing Experience creating and testing ad creatives for Meta, TikTok, or similar platforms Data-driven mindset — you know how to read performance metrics and improve creatives based on results Excellent written English Available for full-time commitment (long-term role) Nice to have: Graphic design skills (Photoshop, Figma, Canva, or similar) — strong plus! Video editing skills for short-form content Experience with supplement/health brand compliance (FDA/FTC advertising guidelines) Compensation & Growth Base salary: $1,500/month Performance-based raises: As you deliver results, your compensation grows with us.
