SayCheeseClub is a fast-growing e-commerce company that helps customers replace their retainers, night guards, and whitening products from home. We are looking for a customer service representative who genuinely enjoys helping people and can provide fast, friendly, and professional support through email, chat, text, and occasional phone calls. Looking for someone who is available full-time for at least 40hrs per week. Your primary responsibility will be managing customer conversations, answering questions about orders, shipping, impression kits, retainers, fit issues, subscriptions, and general product inquiries. We're looking for someone who is organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable handling a steady volume of customer interactions while maintaining a positive customer experience. The ideal candidate has excellent written English, strong problem-solving skills, and previous experience in customer support for an e-commerce or direct-to-consumer brand. Experience with Shopify, Gorgias, Zendesk, HubSpot, Klaviyo, or similar platforms is a plus. You should be comfortable learning new systems quickly and following established processes while also using good judgment when unique situations arise. This role will begin as a part-time remote position with the opportunity to grow as the company continues to expand. Availability during U.S. Central Time business hours is required. We value responsiveness, reliability, attention to detail, and a customer-first mindset above all else. Experience supporting dental, orthodontic, healthcare, or telehealth customers is a plus but not required.
