Full-Time DTF Transfer Production Designer (Long-Term Project) About Us We are a UK-based DTF printing company building one of the largest libraries of ready-to-press DTF transfer designs for clothing, tote bags, workwear, and accessories. We are looking for a talented production designer to work with us long-term creating high-quality DTF transfer artwork at scale. This is NOT a one-off project. We are looking for someone who can become part of our design production team and help us build hundreds and eventually thousands of designs. What We Need We need a designer who can create large collections of DTF transfer designs across multiple categories including: Birthdays 1st Birthday Birthday Boy Birthday Girl Birthday Queen Birthday King 18th, 21st, 30th, 40th, 50th etc. Christmas Retro Christmas Family Christmas Matching Christmas Designs Santa Reindeer Funny Christmas Christenings & Religious Christening Boy Christening Girl Baptism Holy Communion Confirmation Christian Designs Family Mum Dad Grandma Grandad Auntie Uncle Occupations Electrician Plumber Builder Mechanic Carpenter Farmer Nurse Teacher Animals Dogs Cats Horses Wildlife Sports Football Rugby Golf Boxing Darts Automotive Cars Motorcycles Trucks Funny & Trending Humour Quotes Family Jokes Occupation Jokes Seasonal Halloween Easter Mother's Day Father's Day Valentine's Day Important We are NOT looking for someone who simply generates AI images and sends them without editing. We are looking for someone who can: Use AI tools effectively where appropriate Create commercially attractive designs Edit and improve artwork professionally Create consistent design collections Follow instructions and style guides Produce print-ready artwork Workflow We will provide categories and design briefs. You will create: Master Concepts Example: Birthday Queen Then create multiple variations: 18th Birthday Queen 21st Birthday Queen 30th Birthday Queen 40th Birthday Queen 50th Birthday Queen This allows us to build large collections efficiently. Required Skills Adobe Illustrator Adobe Photoshop Canva Experience with DTF, POD, or T-shirt design Strong typography skills Good English communication Experience using AI tools such as Midjourney, Firefly, Ideogram, ChatGPT or similar Deliverables For every design: PNG with transparent background 300 DPI minimum Print-ready Organised file names Editable source files where possible Budget & Hours We are looking for someone available: 20–40 hours per week Long-term position Ongoing work available Paid Test Project Before hiring, shortlisted applicants will complete a paid test. The test will include: 2 Birthday designs 2 Christmas designs 2 Christening designs We will evaluate: Creativity Commercial appeal Print quality Consistency Attention to detail To Apply Please provide: Examples of DTF, T-shirt, POD or apparel designs.
