Full-Time Francophone Video Editor for E-commerce Ads

We are looking for a full-time French-speaking video editor to join our team and help us create high-performing video ads for our e-commerce brands. You will mainly work on short-form videos for platforms like Meta Ads, TikTok, Instagram Reels, UGC-style creatives and AI-generated videos. Your tasks will include: - Editing UGC-style videos in French - Creating dynamic short-form ads for Meta, TikTok and Instagram - Editing and improving AI-generated videos - Turning AI visuals, AI avatars or AI clips into polished ad creatives - Adding subtitles, hooks, captions, sound effects and transitions - Improving pacing, retention and scroll-stopping moments - Adapting videos into multiple angles, formats and variations - Working closely with our creative team to test new concepts Requirements: - Fluent in French - Strong experience with short-form video editing - Good understanding of e-commerce ads and direct-response creatives - Ability to create videos that feel native, dynamic and engaging - Comfortable working with AI-generated content or willing to learn quickly - Fast turnaround and good communication - Available full-time Nice to have: - Experience editing ads for DTC/e-commerce brands - Understanding of Meta Ads creatives - Experience with UGC, VSL-style or TikTok-style content - Experience with AI video tools such as Veo, Runway, Kling, HeyGen, CapCut AI or similar tools - Ability to generate creative ideas, not just execute edits This is a long-term full-time position.
