Full-Time GoHighLevel Automation & Operations Specialist (Marketing Automation Expert)

We're a fast-growing digital marketing agency seeking a Full-Time GoHighLevel (HighLevel) Automation & Operations Specialist to become a core member of our team. You'll design, build, and maintain automated workflows that power our clients' marketing automation, lead generation, email marketing, and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems. Key Responsibilities Build and manage GoHighLevel/HighLevel workflows, automations, pipelines, sales funnels, and landing pages Design automated workflows for email marketing, social media marketing, and lead generation campaigns Set up API integration, webhooks, and connect third-party tools like Zapier, n8n, Make.com, and custom JavaScript/HTML solutions Create and optimize sales funnels similar to ClickFunnels but within GoHighLevel Develop AI chatbot automations for customer engagement and support Manage phone systems, forms, calendars, and general GoHighLevel account administration Collaborate on web design, graphic design, and landing page creation to support marketing campaigns Provide email marketing consultation and improve existing email marketing strategies Ensure seamless API integration across tools for lead generation and marketing automation Required Skills & Experience Core Platform: Strong GoHighLevel/HighLevel expertise, CRM Automation, workflow logic Automation Tools: Zapier, n8n, Make.com, webhooks, API integration, automated workflow design Marketing: Marketing automation, email marketing, lead generation, social media marketing, Marketing strategy Funnel & Web: Sales funnel, Landing Page, Web Design, ClickFunnels experience, HTML, JavaScript CRM & Communication: Customer Relationship Management (CRM), Email Marketing Consultation, phone systems AI & Advanced: AI chatbot, AI automation tools, data validation, error handling Soft Skills: Fluent English (written/spoken), problem-solving, reliable communication, full-time availability Bonus Qualifications Experience with graphic design for marketing materials Background in digital marketing agency operations Portfolio of automated workflow examples and sales funnel builds Familiarity with HTML and JavaScript for custom integrations When Applying, Please Include Your GoHighLevel/HighLevel experience (years + specific projects) Examples of automated workflows or sales funnels you've built (links/screenshots) Your experience with Zapier, n8n, API integration, or webhooks Your English proficiency level Your desired monthly salary Brief mention of any AI chatbot, landing page, or email marketing projects Why Join Us?
