Full-Time Indonesian HR Recruiter (Remote | English Speaking)

About the Role We are looking for a full-time Indonesian Recruiter who is fluent in English and passionate about finding exceptional talent. Your primary responsibility will be sourcing and recruiting ambitious, fast-learning Indonesian professionals across multiple channels. If you have a proven track record of hiring high-quality Indonesian candidates and know where top talent spends their time, we'd love to hear from you. Responsibilities: 1. Source qualified Indonesian candidates through: * Upwork * LinkedIn * Indonesian universities and alumni networks * Facebook groups * Communities * Professional networking groups * Other relevant sourcing channels 2. Screen and shortlist candidates 3. Conduct initial interviews in English 4. Coordinate with hiring managers throughout the recruitment process 5. Continuously improve sourcing strategies to attract high-quality candidates Requirements: 1. Excellent written and spoken English 2. Proven experience recruiting Indonesian talent 3. Strong sourcing and headhunting skills 4. Ability to identify ambitious, fast-learning candidates 5. Organized, proactive, and results-driven 6. Must be available to work full-time with flexible hours to accommodate both Indonesia and European teams.
