## Company: Florida Pure Water Services Florida Pure Water Services is hiring a full-time Lead Conversion Specialist based in the Philippines to handle inbound calls, outbound follow-up, appointment setting, service scheduling, and customer follow-up. This is not a basic admin position. This is a full-time phone sales and appointment-setting role. The main responsibility is to call leads quickly, follow up relentlessly, book qualified appointments, schedule service, and help the company produce revenue every week. The right person must be confident on the phone, organized, persistent, and comfortable making a high volume of calls every day. ## Main Responsibilities * Answer inbound calls immediately during working hours. * Call all new leads as soon as they come in. * Make a high volume of outbound calls every day. * Follow up with old leads who never booked or never purchased. * Text leads after missed calls and no-answers. * Qualify homeowners before booking appointments. * Schedule water system appointments for sales opportunities. * Schedule service appointments for existing customers. * Follow up with current customers for service, reviews, and referrals. * Keep detailed notes inside the CRM after every call. * Confirm appointments to reduce no-shows. * Follow company scripts and improve through coaching. * Send a daily report at the end of every shift. ## Daily Call Expectations This is a full-time 8-hour-per-day phone role. Daily expectations: * 80–120 outbound calls per day * 100 outbound calls per day as the standard target * 50–100 follow-up texts per day * All inbound calls answered live when possible * Every new lead contacted within 1–2 minutes * Every missed call returned immediately * Every no-answer followed up with a text * CRM notes completed after every call * 1–3 qualified appointments booked per day ## Weekly Production Expectations Weekly expectations: * 400–600 outbound calls per week * 5–8 qualified sales appointments booked per week * 3–5 service appointments booked per week * 50+ customer follow-ups for reviews/referrals/service * 100% of new leads followed up * 95%+ CRM notes completed * At least 1 sold deal per week from booked appointments is the target ## What Counts as a Qualified Appointment An appointment only counts if the customer: * Owns the home * Is in our service area * Has a real water issue * Is interested in a water system or service * Has provided city water or well water information * Has provided number of bathrooms and people in the home * Agrees to a specific appointment date and time * Receives a confirmation text * Has clear notes entered in the CRM ## Required Skills * Strong English communication skills * Confident phone voice * Sales or appointment-setting experience * Comfortable making 100 calls per day * Able to handle rejection professionally * Organized with CRM notes and follow-up tasks * Fast response time with inbound calls and new leads * Reliable internet, computer, headset, and quiet workspace * Comfortable working U.S. business hours * Willing to be coached and held accountable to daily numbers ## Preferred Experience Experience in any of the following is a plus: * Home services * Solar * Roofing * HVAC * Plumbing * Water treatment * Real estate * Appointment setting * Lead follow-up * Call center sales * Customer service ## Key Performance Metrics This role will be measured by: * Calls made per day * Inbound calls answered * Speed to lead * Text follow-ups sent * Appointments booked * Service appointments booked * Appointment show rate * Sales generated from booked appointments * CRM notes completed * Referrals and reviews requested ## Daily Report Required At the end of every shift, the Lead Conversion Specialist must send a daily report with: * Total outbound calls * Total inbound calls answered * Total texts sent * New leads contacted * Old leads contacted * Sales appointments booked * Service appointments booked * Referrals requested * Reviews requested * Hot follow-ups for tomorrow * Biggest objection heard today ## Type of Person We Want We are looking for someone who is hungry, reliable, and not afraid to pick up the phone all day. This person must understand that the job is not just to make calls. The job is to create revenue by setting strong appointments, following up until the customer responds, and keeping the sales pipeline full. If you are organized, persistent, coachable, and comfortable making 100 calls per day, this may be a strong opportunity. —-Voice Recording Requirement As part of the application, please submit a short voice recording.
