Needs to hire 3 Freelancers Summary Customer Solutions & Support Manager (English & Spanish) **Location:** United States (Remote) **Employment Type:** Full-Time (40 Hours Per Week) 9am to 6 pm Monday-Friday, Eastern Time (EST) Business Hours About the Role We are seeking an experienced, professional, and customer-focused Customer Solutions & Support Manager to join our growing team. This position is ideal for someone who is highly organized, detail-oriented, proactive, and passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences. The ideal candidate is fluent in English and Spanish, possesses excellent communication skills, demonstrates strong accountability, and consistently follows through on commitments. We are looking for a professional with a proven track record of employment stability who has successfully worked with previous employers for several years and is seeking a long-term career opportunity. Responsibilities * Serve as the primary point of contact for customers via phone, email, chat, and support tickets. * Deliver exceptional customer service and timely resolution of customer inquiries. * Manage customer onboarding, training, and account support. * Follow up proactively with customers to ensure complete satisfaction and issue resolution. * Coordinate with internal departments to address customer concerns and escalations. * Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, communications, and support activities. * Assist with account management, retention, and customer relationship development. * Prepare reports, documentation, spreadsheets, and customer communications. * Support operational, administrative, and customer success initiatives. * Maintain a positive, professional, and solution-oriented attitude at all times. Required Qualifications * Must be legally authorized to work in the United States. * Fluent in both spoken and written English and Spanish. * Available to work full-time, 40 hours per week during Eastern Standard Time (EST) business hours. * Excellent verbal and written communication skills. * Professional telephone etiquette and customer service skills. * Strong organizational and time management abilities. * Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy. * Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities while meeting deadlines. * Strong follow-up and follow-through skills. * Self-motivated, dependable, and accountable. * Proficient in: * Microsoft Word * Microsoft Excel * Microsoft Outlook * Microsoft Teams * Google Workspace * CRM and customer support platforms * Reliable high-speed internet connection and professional remote work environment. Preferred Qualifications * Minimum 2 years of experience in customer support, customer success, account management, operations, or a related field. * Experience supporting software, SaaS, payroll, payment processing, POS systems, CRM platforms, or business services. * Previous management or team leadership experience. * Experience working with ticketing and support systems.
