Full-Time Manual QA Engineer

We are looking for a full-time Manual QA Engineer to join our team. This role requires 30-40 hours per week and will be responsible for thoroughly testing both our sandbox and production environments before and after releases. Responsibilities Perform comprehensive manual testing across web applications in both sandbox and production environments. Execute functional, regression, UI/UX, smoke, exploratory, and end-to-end testing. Test new features, workflows, and edge cases before release. Identify, document, and track bugs with detailed reproduction steps, screenshots, and videos when necessary. Verify bug fixes and ensure issues are fully resolved before deployment. Collaborate closely with developers and product managers to improve product quality. Validate releases to ensure a smooth production deployment. Help improve QA processes, testing checklists, and release procedures. Requirements 3+ years of experience in manual software testing for web applications or SaaS products. Strong attention to detail and the ability to identify edge cases. Experience creating detailed bug reports and working with issue-tracking tools such as Jira, Linear, or similar. Ability to think like an end user and thoroughly test every workflow. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to work independently and consistently deliver high-quality testing. Experience with API testing is a plus but not required. Experience with test automation is a plus but not required.
