We are hiring a full-time marketing virtual assistant to own our entire marketing operation. This is NOT a basic VA role. This is a real marketing job with real responsibility. What you will own: ✅ Facebook & Instagram management across multiple brand pages ✅ Video editing — Reels, TikToks, short-form content from field footage ✅ Google Business Profile management across 9 markets ✅ Go High Level (GHL) — automations, campaigns, CRM ✅ Facebook Ads Manager — campaigns, A/B testing, reporting ✅ Every Door Direct Mail (EDDM) coordination ✅ Email & SMS newsletters ✅ Canva design — social posts, flyers, door hangers, ads ✅ Google & Yelp review responses daily ✅ Competitor monitoring and reporting ✅ Monthly analytics dashboard What we offer: 💰 $8-$12/hour USD based on experience 💰 Internet & health allowance +$0.50/hour 💰 Performance Bonus 💰 Paid training on all platforms 💰 Long-term stable full-time role — not project work What we need from you: 👉 Experience managing social media for a US-based business 👉 Video editing skills (show us your work) 👉 Canva proficiency 👉 GHL experience OR strong willingness to learn fast 👉 Available to overlap at least 6 hours with US Eastern Time 👉 Organized, reliable, self-starter 📧 HOW TO APPLY: Send a short 2-3 minute video showing your past marketing work + your resume
