Full-Time Motion Designer / Animator (Lottie + General Animation) — Figma-Comfortable

Job title: Full-Time Animator — Lottie & Motion Design | Figma-Comfortable | Tech & Venture Clients We're a brand, web, and go-to-market studio (brickelldigital.com) working with some of the biggest names in tech and venture. We're hiring a full-time animator who genuinely lives and breathes motion — someone whose work makes people stop scrolling. The role You'll own animation across our client work: Lottie files for web and product, micro-interactions, UI motion, explainer and product videos, and general animation assets. We want a real animator — not a generalist who occasionally animates. If motion is your craft, this is for you. What you'll do Create Lottie animations for web and product (micro-interactions, loaders, UI motion) Produce general animations and motion graphics for explainers, social, and product content Work inside Figma to pull frames, align with design systems, and hand off cleanly Turn static designs and direction into polished, on-brand motion Requirements A strong motion reel / portfolio — Lottie work and general animation clearly shown Real proficiency with animation tools (After Effects, Lottie/Bodymovin, etc.) Comfortable working in Figma alongside our design team Fast, detail-obsessed, and able to take structured creative direction Reliable and communicative with quick turnarounds and active feedback cycles Schedule Full-time: 8–10 hours per day, need to have significant overlap with EST + our current Asia based design team. Days: Monday through Friday Consistent daily availability and overlap with our team is expected Compensation $1,300 USD / month, full-time salary This rate is competitive in many markets but not all.
