This role is ideal for someone who enjoys wearing multiple hats, learning new technologies, and taking ownership of projects. We're looking for someone who doesn't simply complete assigned tasks—they actively look for ways to improve workflows, increase efficiency, and help move the company forward. --- # Primary Responsibilities * Coordinate internal projects and help ensure work moves efficiently between team members. * Research and implement AI tools and workflows. * Build and improve automations using Make.com and other automation platforms. * Assist with AI prompting using ChatGPT and Claude. * Create and manage SEO and GEO content. * Build and maintain content calendars. * Perform website content audits and identify content gaps. * Assist with technical website audits and coordinate implementation with our development team. * Review recurring website performance reports and help ensure issues are addressed. * Help document Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). * Identify opportunities to improve internal workflows and automate repetitive tasks. * Assist with client reporting and project coordination. * Perform research related to digital marketing, AI, and healthcare marketing. --- # Required Qualifications * Experience using ChatGPT and Claude in a professional setting. * Experience with Make.com or similar workflow automation platforms. * Excellent written English. * Strong organizational skills. * Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. * Strong critical-thinking and problem-solving abilities. * Excellent communication skills. * High attention to detail. * Reliable internet connection and professional remote work environment. * Ability to learn new software and processes quickly. --- # Preferred Qualifications While not required, experience in any of the following is a plus: * SEO * GEO (Generative Engine Optimization) * Content marketing * WordPress * Technical website audits * Google Search Console * Website performance optimization * Healthcare marketing * Project management * CRM workflows and automation * Prompt engineering --- # What We're Looking For Technical skills can be taught.
