Full-Time Product Generalist / Project Manager + QA

I'm a solo founder running a portfolio of 15+ live products — web platforms and mobile apps (iOS + Android) across very different domains: marketplaces, fintech tools, social apps, B2B services. Development is heavily AI-driven, so things move fast: features ship daily, and I need a sharp right hand to keep up with me. What you'll actually do (this is a generalist role — every day is different): - Project management — track tasks across multiple projects, keep priorities straight, make sure nothing falls through the cracks - Testing / QA — test new features on web and on real devices (iPhone + Android) before and after release, report bugs clearly, verify fixes - Product work — use the products like a real user, propose improvements, spot weak points, help shape launches and growth ideas - Day-to-day operations — whatever a fast-moving product portfolio needs that day Requirements: - You personally own both an iPhone and an Android phone — non-negotiable, mobile testing on real devices is a core part of the job - Available weekdays, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM Pacific Time (San Francisco), with a lunch break — this is full-time work in sync with me, not async freelancing - Organized, self-driven, comfortable juggling many small tasks across many projects without losing track - Bonus (not required): experience with task trackers, basic understanding of how web/mobile products are built, QA experience A note on compensation: I'll be upfront: the pay is modest.
