Are you a highly organized, proactive Project Manager with a passion for content creation and community building? Do you deeply understand and resonate with the values of conservative Hispanic women navigating the beautiful, complex balance of career, motherhood, marriage, and faith? If so, we want you! We are looking for a dedicated, full-time Project & Content Manager to take the reins of our new, rapidly growing podcast and its expanding online presence. This is not a side-gig or a part-time role; we need someone with the dedicated focus, capacity, and time to fully immerse themselves in our mission and drive our content distribution forward. Key Responsibilities As our Project & Content Manager, you will oversee the entire lifecycle of our content, from post-production to community engagement. Your main pillars of responsibility will include: 1. Content Strategy & Distribution Coordinate the Content Schedule: Maintain, organize, and execute a flawless editorial calendar, ensuring topics are relevant, timely, and aligned with our brand voice. Multi-Format Repurposing: Take original, long-form podcast audio/video and strategically slice it into multi-format assets, including: Short-form video: Reels, TikToks, YouTube Shorts. Written content: Blog posts and engaging social media captions. Audio clips: Audiograms and teasers. 2. Channel & Social Media Management Podcast & YouTube Management: Handle the end-to-end distribution of new episodes across YouTube, Spotify, Apple Podcasts, and other directories (including titles, descriptions, and thumbnails). Social Media Presence: Oversee and schedule daily posts across all brand accounts to grow our online community. 3. Market Listening & Community Engagement Audience Connection: Actively manage and reply to comments, DMs, and reviews to foster a safe, supportive, and vibrant community. Market Listening: Keep a pulse on current trends, challenges, and conversations happening within the Hispanic conservative women's space to pitch fresh topic ideas. Job Requirements & Qualifications Language Skills: Native Spanish speaker is required. Basic professional English is perfectly fine for internal alignment. Cultural Alignment: Deep personal alignment with, and understanding of, traditional, family-oriented, and conservative values within the Hispanic professional/motherhood space. Proven Experience: Minimum 2+ years of experience in content management, social media management, or digital project management. Technical Savvy: Experience with project management tools (Asana, ClickUp, Notion, etc.), scheduling tools, and basic audio/video editing tools (CapCut, Canva, Descript, etc.). Full-Time Availability: Must have the dedicated bandwidth to focus entirely on this project without competing full-time commitments.
