We’re growing fast and looking for a **full-time recruiter** who knows how to find, attract, and bring in top talent. This is a key role on our team. You’ll own the recruiting process from start to finish — writing job posts, sourcing candidates, screening applicants, conducting interviews, coordinating next steps, and helping new hires get started the right way. We’re looking for someone who is organized, proactive, and confident communicating with people. The ideal candidate is a **self-starter**, a **quick learner**, and someone who can move fast without needing constant direction. Experience in insurance is a plus, but not required.
