Summary

We're a fast-growing direct-to-consumer e-commerce brand looking for a reliable, detail-oriented Customer Service VA to join our team full-time. This is a long-term role with real growth potential for the right person. You'll be the first point of contact for our customers — handling emails, social media DMs, and comments across Instagram and Facebook. We move fast, we have high standards, and we need someone who takes ownership of their work without needing to be micromanaged. This is a full-time role, the working hours are 1pm to 11pm EST.
