Full-Time SEO, GEO (AI Search) & Google Business Profile Specialist (Client-Facing Role)

We are looking for a reliable, full-time SEO, GEO (Generative Engine Optimization), and Google Search Specialist to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone with strong SEO knowledge, an understanding of AI-driven search (GEO), experience managing Google Business Profiles, and excellent English communication skills for direct client interaction. You will be responsible for supporting client onboarding, optimizing visibility across both traditional search engines and AI-powered search platforms, managing Google Business Listings, and handling website updates through SiteGround. Responsibilities: - Create, optimize, and manage Google Business Profiles - Assist with client onboarding and setup - Manage and update websites hosted on SiteGround - Perform on-page SEO and technical SEO updates - Apply GEO (Generative Engine Optimization) strategies to improve visibility in AI search tools (ChatGPT, Gemini, Copilot, etc.) - Optimize content so it can be easily understood and referenced by AI search engines - Monitor Google Search rankings and AI-driven visibility performance - Communicate directly with clients in a professional and clear manner - Coordinate with internal team members for client deliverables and updates - Ensure all websites and listings are properly maintained and optimized Requirements: - Proven experience in SEO and Google Search optimization - Understanding of GEO (Generative Engine Optimization) and AI search visibility - Experience creating and managing Google Business Profiles - Familiarity with SiteGround hosting and website management - Strong written and spoken English communication skills - Ability to speak clearly and confidently with clients (accent should be easily understandable) - Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple clients - Reliable internet connection and availability during working hours Working Hours: - Full-time position - Preferred schedule: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM EST To Apply please include: - A brief introduction about your SEO and GEO experience - Examples of Google Business Profiles or SEO projects you’ve worked on - Your experience with SiteGround and website management - A short 30-second video introducing yourself and explaining why you’re a good fit for this role (Important) We are looking for someone proactive, detail-oriented, and future-focused, someone who understands both traditional SEO and the new era of AI-driven search (GEO), and can grow with our team long-term.
