Full-Time Social Media & Content Assistant

Full-Time Social Media & Content Assistant I'm looking for someone to work with me full-time (40 hours per week) managing my social media engagement. Initially, the role will be focused almost entirely on LinkedIn. I'm looking for someone for the long term. I don't want someone who just wants another VA job for a few months. I want someone who can learn how I communicate, understand my content and businesses, and gradually take on much more responsibility. For the right person, this role has a lot of room to grow. WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING INITIALLY Your main responsibilities will be: * Replying to comments on my LinkedIn posts * Managing and replying to my LinkedIn DMs * Commenting on a set number of selected LinkedIn profiles every day * Engaging with people in my network * Learning how I write, speak and communicate online * Keeping track of conversations and making sure important messages don't get missed I'll provide training and examples of how I want everything done. The goal is for you to eventually understand my voice well enough that I don't need to review everything you do. INSTAGRAM I'm also starting to take Instagram seriously. As that grows, you'll begin helping with: * Replying to Instagram comments * Managing Instagram DMs * Engaging with other accounts * Helping manage the community around my content HOW THE ROLE WILL GROW I don't want this person to stay a social media engagement assistant forever. As you get better and understand my voice, I want you to start helping more with the actual content. That could include: * Creating first drafts of LinkedIn posts * Turning my rough ideas and voice notes into posts * Helping research content ideas * Repurposing content between LinkedIn and Instagram * Helping with newsletters * Organising my content pipeline * Eventually taking ownership of much more of my content operation The more capable you become, the more responsibility you'll get. WHO I'M LOOKING FOR You don't need to be an amazing copywriter on day one. What's much more important to me is that you are: * Excellent at written English * A natural communicator * Reliable and organised * Very detail-oriented * Comfortable using AI tools * Quick to learn * Proactive rather than waiting to be told everything * Interested in social media and content * Willing to learn my writing style * Looking for a serious, long-term position * Willing to go above and beyond when needed I want someone who takes pride in what they do and genuinely wants to get better.
