Full-Time Social Media & Founder-Led Content Manager for Viral E-Commerce Brand

We are looking for a full-time Social Media & Founder-Led Content Manager to lead social media growth for Zlumber, a fast-growing e-commerce brand in the home/bedding space. We are looking for someone who can help build a real content engine around our brand, our products, and our founder/inventor story. About the Brand: Zlumber creates innovative bedding and home comfort products that solve real everyday problems. One of our products has already gone viral and reached hundreds of millions of views across social media. We are now looking to build our own consistent social media presence across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and YouTube Shorts. We also want to grow founder-led social accounts for our inventor/founder, sharing the behind-the-scenes journey of building products, dealing with copycats, launching new inventions, and growing the company. What You Will Be Responsible For: You will lead the overall social media strategy and execution for both the Zlumber brand accounts and founder accounts. Your responsibilities will include: -- Creating and managing a weekly/monthly content calendar -- Growing Zlumber’s Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and YouTube Shorts -- Helping launch and manage founder-led Instagram and TikTok accounts -- Creating short-form video content ideas, hooks, scripts, captions, and post concepts -- Turning raw founder videos into engaging short-form content -- Creating campaigns around product benefits, customer pain points, reviews, viral moments, product launches, and founder stories -- Monitoring trends and adapting them to our brand in a smart, relevant way -- Coordinating with editors, designers, creators, and our ads team -- Identifying top-performing organic posts that can be used for paid ads -- Managing comments, community engagement, and customer interaction on social platforms -- Building a repeatable content system, not random posting What We Are Looking For: The ideal person has experience growing consumer product, DTC, e-commerce, or founder-led social media accounts. You should understand short-form content deeply, especially TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts. You should be strong at: -- Writing scroll-stopping hooks -- Creating content ideas from product benefits and customer problems -- Understanding what makes a video go viral -- Managing brand and founder accounts -- Creating content calendars and campaigns -- Working with raw video footage -- Giving direction to video editors or editing basic videos yourself -- Understanding analytics and improving based on performance This role is perfect for someone who loves building social media accounts from the ground up and can think like a content strategist.
