Full-Time Spanish-Speaking Assistant for Grammy-Winning Music Producer | Social Media + Projects

Hi! We are looking for a full-time Spanish-speaking assistant to join the team of a Grammy-winning music producer, artist, and entertainment entrepreneur. This is a long-term opportunity for someone who is hungry, responsible, loyal, organized, and excited to grow inside the music, entertainment, and social media world. You do not need to be an expert in everything. We are willing to train the right person. What matters most is that you are reliable, fast-learning, proactive, professional, and available full-time. This role is ideal for someone in Latin America who speaks fluent Spanish, understands basic English, is comfortable with online tools, and wants to become a valuable part of a creative team. Main Responsibilities You may help with: - General assistant work for the producer and the team - Community management and replying to messages/comments - Organizing Google Drive files and folders - Managing tasks in Google Sheets, Docs, Gmail, WhatsApp, Notion, Trello, or similar tools - Helping with social media posts, captions, uploads, and scheduling - Coordinating small projects with editors, designers, and freelancers - Creating Upwork job posts and helping search for freelancers - Following up with people by email, DM, or WhatsApp - Helping organize music releases, videos, content, and marketing tasks - Uploading videos to YouTube or social platforms - Helping with subtitles, captions, scripts, and basic content organization - Researching contacts, brands, media, influencers, venues, and opportunities - Learning new tools and workflows as needed Requirements - Fluent Spanish is required - Basic/intermediate English is a plus - Must be available 40 hours per week - Must be responsible and consistent - Must be comfortable with Google Drive, Google Docs, Google Sheets, Gmail, WhatsApp, and social media - Must be a fast learner - Must be organized and detail-oriented - Must communicate clearly - Must be proactive and not wait for every little instruction - Must be willing to learn different types of tasks - Must be excited to grow with a Grammy-winning music/entertainment team Nice to Have - Interest in music, artists, social media, content creation, or entertainment - Experience with Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook, or newsletters - Experience as a virtual assistant, community manager, social media assistant, or project assistant - Basic video/content knowledge - Experience using Canva, CapCut, Premiere, Dropbox, Google Drive, Notion, Trello, or similar tools Personality We Are Looking For We are looking for someone who is: - Hungry to grow - Loyal - Professional - Organized - Positive - Reliable - Fast-learning - Humble - Resourceful - Excited by music, entertainment, and social media - Willing to do different types of tasks without quitting when things get challenging This is not a narrow job where you do only one repetitive task.
