Full Time Survey Calling

We are seeking English-speaking phone callers available during US hours to assist with survey calls. The ideal candidate will have experience in telemarketing and phone communication, ensuring clear and effective interaction with survey participants. Who we are: We are an E-Commerce data agency who makes calls on behalf of partnered brands to learn more information about their customers. We use this data to help create creative on their behalf that converts more profitably. Who this is for: 1. Speaks English fluently, with very little accent. If you know you have an accent, please don't apply. 2. Can work independently - you’ll be given a KPI and be expected to hit it. If you cannot manage your own schedule/work - while we do provide basic training, we aren’t going to hold your hand throughout the process. Expected Pay: All callers start at the same pay (~$1500 USD), but there are opportunities available for bonuses, raises based on performance/volume of work. Script: Hi, is this Sarah? They just asked me to spend two minutes getting your honest thoughts on why you bought. Do you have a quick minute? (pause, as if she says "I'm actually kind of busy") Totally understand, I'll be quick. Honestly it's two questions and I'll let you go. So, before you found Northline, what were you using instead? And what was the thing that finally made you go looking for something new? Got it. And when you landed on their page, was there a specific moment where you thought, okay, this is the one? Some people tell me it's a photo, or a review, or something someone said. I'm curious what it was for you. That's really helpful, thank you.
