We are hiring a long term full-time Virtual Assistant to join our press release distribution business. You will assist with daily operations, customer support, sales, and administrative tasks while working closely with our team. Responsibilities: Customer service Sales (Messenger and client inquiries) Press release writing and distribution Administrative tasks Bookkeeping and tracking Maintain and update SOPs Train and support team members Social Media Engagement Monitoring Attend team calls for training, workload discussions, and process improvements Listen to management and do additional assigned task Bonus if they can help with: Competitor and Market Analysis Where Our Clients Come From We receive clients through: Fiverr Upwork Our website Facebook Ads Google Ads Social media Referrals Training Schedule We want a person who is available at these times Training(2-3 days): 3:00 AM – 9:00 AM PST Shift: (Monday–Wednesday): 5:00 AM – 12:00 PM PST Weekends: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM PST Bonus The team splits tips left by customers. Requirements Experience with Google Workspace Familiar with ChatGPT, ClickUp, GoHighLevel, Slack, WhatsApp, and Zoom Excellent written and spoken English Quick learner with strong communication skills Tech-savvy Organized and detail-oriented Comfortable asking questions when unsure Open to feedback and willing to learn to new responsibilities Able to work independently and as part of a team Able to multitask and prioritize work effectively
