Full Time Virtual Controller

Full Time Bookkeeper (Remote) | QuickBooks Online | Pacific Time Zone Required About Us We are a fast growing U.S. based accounting and advisory firm serving clients across multiple industries including healthcare, professional services, construction, nonprofits, retail, manufacturing, and cannabis. We provide bookkeeping, payroll, accounts payable, financial reporting, and CFO services to business owners throughout the United States. We are looking for a highly skilled Full Time Bookkeeper to join our team on a long term basis. Schedule Requirements This is a full time position requiring availability during Pacific Time Zone business hours. Required Schedule: Monday through Friday 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM Pacific Time Applicants must be willing and able to work this schedule consistently. Responsibilities • Manage bookkeeping for multiple client accounts • Perform bank and credit card reconciliations • Categorize and record transactions accurately • Maintain accounts payable and accounts receivable • Process customer invoices and vendor bills • Assist with payroll processing and payroll reconciliations • Prepare monthly financial statements • Review financial data for accuracy and completeness • Communicate professionally with clients and team members • Maintain organized electronic records and supporting documentation • Assist with month end and year end close processes Required Qualifications • Minimum 5 years of bookkeeping experience • Advanced QuickBooks Online experience • Strong understanding of accounting principles • Experience reconciling multiple bank and credit card accounts • Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal • Strong attention to detail • Ability to manage multiple deadlines • Reliable internet connection and dedicated workspace Preferred Qualifications • Experience working for an accounting firm • QuickBooks Online ProAdvisor certification • Experience with Bill.com, Gusto, ADP, Stripe, and Square • Experience handling U.S. payroll and sales tax filings • Experience working with multiple clients simultaneously
