Full-Time Website Designer – Local SEO & Rank-and-Rent Specialist (Snapps + AI-Assisted)

We’re building a portfolio of 100+ local SEO websites across the DMV market and beyond using the rank-and-rent model. We need a dedicated, full-time website designer who can build high-converting, SEO-optimized local service websites at scale — one completed site per week minimum. This is a long-term role with room to grow as we expand our portfolio. What You’ll Be Doing • Building 5–10 completed local SEO websites per week using our pre-built templates in Snapps (5 is the floor, 10 is the goal) • Purchasing and connecting custom domains to each site (budget provided) • Dropping in AI-generated content we supply into the correct sections of each template • Making minor layout or design tweaks to ensure each site looks clean and professional • Communicating daily progress and flagging any bottlenecks immediately This is a production role, not a design role. We handle all strategy, keyword research, niche selection, templates, and AI-written content. Your job is to build fast and build right.
