Detailed trade-by-trade breakdown, material quantities, labor rates, equipment, subcontractor allowances, contingency, and summary cost report in Excel and PDF. - Candidate must review drawings and specs, use industry-standard estimating software, provide assumptions, unit rates, and risk items, and suggest cost-saving options. - Require minimum 5 years’ experience, portfolio of similar projects, and ability to meet deadlines.
